FAQ
Common questions about how the guidance site works, how partner intros are handled, and how disclosure stays visible.
How the site works
Is this an MLS or brokerage?
No. It is a real-estate guidance site with neighborhood content, decision tools, and partner-intro paths when coverage is live.
How do partner-agent intros work?
Users can request help through the lead path. When a matching partner is active, the request can be routed with the user’s context attached.
How do you make money?
Partners or sponsors may pay for visibility. Disclosure stays explicit, and compensation does not rewrite factual guide content.
Coverage and trust
Support pages exist to clarify the model, not to overpromise inventory.
How do you review partners?
We check fit, responsiveness, public details, and whether the application can support a trustworthy intro path. See partner standards.
Can an agent apply?
Yes. Start with the partner program or the free profile path.
What if no partner is active?
The request can still be logged for support follow-up, but the site does not pretend there is always immediate live coverage.
Privacy and corrections
We collect only what we need to operate the site, route legitimate requests, and handle support.
When you submit a form, we store the submission so we can review it, respond, or route it when a live partner match exists. See Privacy policy.
